During the site visit, our manager will walk through the site with you and take any measurements or photographs needed to create an estimate. After discussing the project with you, we’ll issue a bid within 24 hours. At that time, we’ll help you to resolve any issues that may require additional clarification. Permitting likely won’t be necessary, but if it is, we can help you through the process.
After you accept the bid, we’ll create a schedule, including the projected start and end dates. From there, we’ll send you our insurance forms and W9s, determine the access we’ll need, discuss working hour restrictions, prepare the site, shut off and cap your utilities, clean up any unwanted furnishings, and identify the things you’ll want to recover before getting started with the demolition.
During the demolition process, we’ll keep you updated throughout every stage of the process. First, we’ll stage the container onsite, as well as any equipment and supplies we’ll need. The site will be kept free of debris throughout, with loose material bagged and hauled away. Once we’re done, we’ll give the site a thorough clean.
You’ll get to sign off on the project, as well as accompany us on the final walkthrough.
